Reservation and Contact

It depends:
If you have bought a ticket with a date in the shop, seats are automatically reserved for you.
For vouchers without a date, a reservation via the contact form is required.

The Berlin Variety Show starts every Friday and Saturday at 7 pm. Admission is from 6 pm.

Yes, you can order food and drinks à la carte throughout the evening.

If you come without a table reservation or ticket, we cannot guarantee admission. The Berlin Varieté Show is often fully booked, so we strongly recommend a reservierung or ticket.

Something can always come up. You can easily cancel or change your reservation by sending us an email using the contact form above. We ask for your understanding that cancellations must be made in writing.

Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 40 euros.

We are happy to create individual offers for your celebrations, whether private or business (e.g. Christmas parties, company parties, team events or birthdays). Of course, something can always come up or go differently than planned.

We would like to ask you to cancel, postpone or adjust such individual bookings at least one week in advance by e-mail or via the contact form. This also applies if only the number of guests changes.

Otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge the agreed total price. We ask for your understanding, as we have you firmly scheduled and have to cancel other guests.

The following cancellation conditions apply to bookings for companies or groups of 1o persons or more:

• Cancellation 4 weeks before booking: 20 per cent,
• 2 weeks before 50 per cent and
• 100 per cent of the total price will be charged from 1 week in advance.
